    Dishonored endings: does my actions affect it?

    I'm really afraid of killing people in this game as it said on the beginning that the more I kill the darker the outcome will be, I saw that there are 3 endings:

    low chaos - I save emily

    high chaos- Emily dies

    high chaos- I save emily using the powers to get close to her
    So, If in any chaos I can still save emily, does other things get affected?

    Like, does she hates me because I killed people?
    I know about the rat plague and the guards increasing, but it's just that?

    Just want to know because I don't want to be afraid of killing people on a assassin game...
