Dishonored 1 Chapter 7 glitch. Plz help Posted: 11 Feb 2022 08:48 PM PST So I'm trying to get the Street Conspiracy achievement where you do all of Slackjaw's quests and save him in the Flooded district and I keep coming back to... whatever this is. Every time I enter this chamber, Slackjaw is stuck slightly back and can't be interacted with normally. When I do the quest and kill Granny and try to free him and he pops to the shackled position, gets up, and nothing happens. The screen even gets those cinematic black bars like a cutscene is about to start but he just stands there for a sec and the game returns to normal. I was sure to not agro Slackjaw and his boys in Chapter 3 I've tried reloading saves, reloading the level, replaying the level from the missions menu, closing and reopening the game, restarting my PC, validating the files on Steam, reinstalling, and nothing changes. In game I freed him before fighting Granny, freed him after killing Granny, blasted him with the wind power to try and readjust him once he was freed, knocked him out, semi choked him from behind so he pushed back, and still nothing. I was able to get the achievement for Granny's side and that seemed to work so it's not *entirely* bugged I guess. I feel like I'm at my wit's end. I've looked everywhere online and its super hard to find anything on this because of the other Slackjaw glitch in Chapter 3. The closest thing I found was a post about finding Slackjaw already dead in the room but that discussion thread got off topic pretty quick before an answer was found. Please help.
