Suggestion: I want "bodies found" to make me scary. Posted: 27 Nov 2019 12:42 PM PST You're standing a circle, sword raised, covering the room with your two fellow officers. A rat runs over your foot. You look down at it for an instant. You look up. A man in a hideous mask stares at you. He doesn't move a muscle as you raise your gun and pull the trigger. You wipe the blood out of your eyes and see the body of guard number two on front of you. You turn around in time to see guard number three slump to the ground with a bolt through his head. You're alone in the room with a phantom of death. There's no alarm in the building. What do you do? Naturally, you say "Hey! I'll find you," and go looking under the coffee table. I'd love "bodies found" to be more than a stat tracked for stealth perfectionists. There's something to being a scary stalker that you don't get out of Dishonored (yet). I'd love to deploy a trap by the window, watch it chop up two guards, and see the last guy cower in a corner: "no no no no!" I'd love to blink-kick someone unconscious and realize I didn't see a guy next to him, but the guy just looks at you, looks at his friend, shrugs, drops his sword, and walks to the nearest exit. Maybe he doesn't even ruin your Shadow achievement. You can get run-away behavior in combat based on the "enemy bravery" setting, but I'd love to get similar rewards for stealthy gameplay, too. Give me some of that Batman fantasy in D3 (some day, we can hope). Thoughts? [link] [comments]
How does dismemberment work in dishonored 1? Posted: 26 Nov 2019 10:38 PM PST I've done a low chaos playthrough, but on the persons I killed (10~~20) I never noticed any dismemberment. Are there any dismemberment chance, or is it a high chaos thing only, or maybe only with the adrenaline stuff? [link] [comments]

Posted: 26 Nov 2019 09:45 PM PST I'm going for the Well Funded achievement for Dishonored 2 which means I have to collect 60% of all available loot. On mission 1 I'm missing 100 gold, on mission 2 I'm missing almost 800 gold, and mission 3 I'm missing 400 gold. I'm searching everywhere and using dark vision the whole time. I'm collecting every painting, rune, and bone charm as well. How am I missing so much? [link] [comments]
PS4 Dishonored 1 Def. Ed. - gamebreaking visual glitches Posted: 27 Nov 2019 02:09 PM PST I tried looking to see if anyone else has had this happened but google isn't coming up with anything, and a short rummage through this subreddit seems to give nothing either so I'm starting to think I'm the only one who has these weird glitches. I'm up to the Golden Cat mission and I've started to encounter quite often that if the camera changes style, it will get stuck in that way, i.e. if I possess a rat the "ratview" will get stuck even after un-possessing, if Corvo gets hit the screen will go red forever, if Corvo is set on fire the "burning effect" just sticks forever. This basically renders the game unplayable which sucks because I'm loving this game so far. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm playing on the newest update of the game and PS4 firmware, on a PS4 Pro. [link] [comments]
Posted: 27 Nov 2019 03:58 PM PST The Black Market shopkeeper's dialogue doesn't work. I can hear Emily just fine but not the shopkeeper. [link] [comments]
What do you guys think of Dishonored Death of the Outsider? Posted: 26 Nov 2019 04:26 PM PST I've played the first 2 games and loved it, but DOTO reviews are kinda weird, some people hate it, others love it, saying it's too short, few powers, etc. What's your opinion? Should I go for it? [link] [comments] |
