    We are making a Dishonored inspired stealth game and we need your help!

    Hey all,

    we are a team of Game Design students at Breda University working on a stealth game called "Levis Umbra", currently in pre-production.

    Dishonored is one of our main inspirations and we would like your precious help and knowledge in order to get some insight on what type of players engage with this kind of games.

    We would like you to answer some questions about your experience with this genre: it's going to help us shape our project by understanding better, among other things, players' archetypes, needs, motivations and finally create a User Persona. This survey takes about 3~5 minutes to complete.

    Did you guys found cecelia in D2? She did say that she will meet crovo. Can you find her by playing as corvo in D2?

    Idea for a new ability/gadget: overseer's song

    Don't know wether or not this idea was brought up on this subreddit, but it would be cool if in the next part we had at our disposal ability or gadget that would allow to disable magic, ours included, for limited amount of time. This would allow to make witches, whalers or whatever other void-wielding enemy more vunerable to our weapons. For example in usual scenario witch or assassin has no problem just blinking away from grenade, while under influence of overseer's machine grenade at point blank range would be death sentence. But at the same time it would also limit our ability to withdraw from combat, making it high risk high reward situation.

    Which concept would you rather for the 3rd game?

    1) Playing as the Outsider (after DOTO) 2) Playing in Pandyssia 3) Playing as an Overseer 4) Any other interesting concept?

    For me, I've always really enjoyed Zhukov's story and the Lonely Rat Boy's story. Maybe not as playable characters, but it'd be interesting to see them play a larger part canonically.

    My impressive D2 and DOTO mission completion stats

    I have beaten both games once so far and had an absolute blast playing them. I did a Low Chaos run on D2 with Emily with no powers and got Shadow, Clean Hands and all collectibles (Art Collector, Royal Spymaster and Souvenirs). Only missed a bit of coins and 1 bone charm due to hard to reach areas without powers.

    DOTO was completed with 100% collectibles in all levels and all contracts completed. The fun one was getting all the loot in The Bank Job and also getting Party Crasher and Perfect Crime achievements in one playthrough. IT IS POSSIBLE.

    If anyone has been able to achieve what I have done, great work. It is a challenge but with patience and perseverance, some difficult parts can indeed be overcome.
