    Cool idea for future games

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 12:45 PM PDT

Was just thinking about a couple of cool ideas for a future dishonored. I know my ideas will never be an actual thing but its fun to talk about.

So this first one is kinda reliant on it being the in northern isles and set in winter. So in one or more missions there's blizzards that have a similar effect to the dust storms from number 2. However guards and enemies will have whale oil powered heaters so there will be some areas where you can't take advantage of low visibility. There would be a few ways to deal with it taking out the tank turning it's off and causing pandemonium, rewiring it causing it to heat up a ridiculous degree lighting some enemies on fire or exploding, and this last one is related to a cool ability I thought of.

A fire based ability called I'll call burst. So when you first get it you can look at an existing fire source a candle, lantern, the heaters I mentioned, etc and causing to do a bit of a flare up to distract people. When upgraded though it you can make it cause a blast of fire similar to an incendiary bolt. Perhaps there is also a bonecharm that makes it not require a source at the cost of increased Mana cost.

I think these are pretty cool but I'd love to get other people's thoughts on the matter.

There's an old abandoned grain elevator at the waterfront in my hometown. Some Dishonored vibe here for you.

Was rather surprised to find that you can kill Meagan foster and Anton sokolov in D2

I'm not sure if you can do it at any time, but just before departing the dreadful wale for the final mission on a particularly high chaos run, I killed Meagan foster. Corvo says, "sorry Meagan, can't have any loose ends". Then I went downstairs and killed sokolov and he justifies it by verbalizing the fact that sokolov did experiments on people during the plague. High chaos is a fun way to play but man does the story get depressing. Best game of all time for my money

Slight nitpick glitch in dishonored 2

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 11:22 AM PDT

Just played through the game and now I'm playing new game+ with corvo. Just got the doppelgänger ability but the corvo-specific logo for his ability pops up as Emily's. Side-note, is that really how corvo's character model moves? When u see the clone move around, is that how WE move around or do they just look like like that? Lol

    This drawing made me regret every single decision I made on my lethal run. This game is so touching ;_;

what happens after death of the outsider?

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 05:51 AM PDT

Once a god of the void dies another takes its place, so who took the outsider place? was it daud, corvo or anyone else?

    New player.

Hello! I am new to dishonored and I am very confused about the abilities is dishonored 2. So Corvo and Emily both have different abilities and I want to know which character is best for beginners. I'm not sure what abilities each characters get so I want to get an opinion of someone who knows at least a bit about this game.

    Decisions decisions

    Posted: 06 Sep 2020 05:58 PM PDT

Just beat Dishonored (great fucking game) and am starting Dishonored 2 but I'm having trouble deciding who to pick for my play through. On one hand I spent a whole game with Corvo and feel like he'll be so much fun to play in the new game BUT I feel like he needs a break after what happened in the first game. On the other hand we have Emily, fresh assassin and ready to take back her throne BUT I feel as if her powers aren't that interesting/fun to use.

So I would just like to ask what you're guys decision was and why. It could be as simple as you just liking Corvo more or as complicated as looking at pros and cons.
