Let's create a bank of realistic power ideas in the comments. Let's have fun, share and possibly help future titles!

    Posted: 16 Mar 2021 01:21 PM PDT

Occasionally there are posts asking for power, setting and enemy ideas and I always enjoy reading some of the well thought out and realistic ones. I thought it would be good to make this post as a place we can collate all the power ideas that are well thought out and could realistically be implemented. Even if you don't have any ideas yet, help guide people here anyway possible.

Ground rules: firstly powers must not be OP poorly thought out abilities that wouldn't even be realistic to make. Secondly, you can come up with as many as possible, even commenting multiple times, but all the powers don't need to be for one character (however if you want certain ones to synergise then say!). Thirdly, try build on others ideas in replies. Lastly, label what type of ability each one is, whether it be a low cost, med cost or high cost ability (and optionally any passives u can come up with) and try come up with one for each minimum.

Low cost: low cost abilities tend to be for traversal, like blink and far reach but can also be for intel like dark vision and foresight.

Med cost: tend to provide aid in either stealth (e.g. semblance and possession) or a combat boost (like windblast and rat swarm)

High cost: these are like your Ultimate abilities and tend to dominate in either stealth or combat depending on preference (e.g. time stop, domino, mesmerise)

You can be a detailed or as vague with how upgrades/bonecharms affect each power idea as you want.

I'll be sure to post stuff in comments too (if you want to see example layouts)

What is the best difficulty for a first time play through of Dishonored 1?

    Posted: 16 Mar 2021 03:16 PM PDT

I have never played any other dishonored game before and was wondering what the ideal difficulty would be to start at?
