    Powers unlocked early?

    I keep seeing YouTube videos of people doing runs in early levels and they seem to have most powers unlocked already. Just watched a run in house of pleasure (level 3!!) and the dude was using freeze time, possession, wind blast all of it...are there cheats on PC that allow you to play the early levels with everything unlocked or something?

    So, apparently you can sort of kill Delilah before entering her painting, it just doesn't end the objective

    So it's my first time playing the first Dishonored [on the 360].

    Never been good at stealth so I'm just killing everyone except innocents with my rat buddies & mopping up with weapons afterwards. Think I'll try a stealth run after completing it.

    I didn't get the cut scene with Pratchett & the guard & didn't enter his joint until I dropped the proff off & realized I was missing 2 heart items. At the bottom of the building there's a bureau that needs his key to open it & it's driving me mad I don't have it. Is there anywhere the key might be? Have searched outside, but no luck.

    Any ideas? Thanks for reading : )
