    Will Killing every enemy in Dishonored 2 affect the ending? No spoilers please, just started

    I am playing stealthy but if I get spotted I would rather kill/incapacitate enemies instead of reloading to try avoiding detection again.

    What's your favourite mini-story behind runes, bonecharms and shrines?

    Every rune and bonecharm we can find in Dishonored has at least a small indication why it exists in the world. Sometimes it was found in a river-mud or brought by a bird to its nest, but sometimes there is more meaningful event or even terrible human tragedy behind it. What's your favourite mini-story?

    As for me:

    • The shrine at the Addermire Institut – it all started with a a small gift, a symbol of friendship after a long rivalry. But in fact the Trojan Horse, which slowly drew the one professor into madness and let the other one rise and shine.
    • The rune from Granny's Wedding Recreation - it's not counting as a human sacrifice if just take some bodies lying on streets, right? There is nothing wrong in fulfilling the love wish of the unhinged witch for a bit of power, right?
    • The bonecharm in the basement of the dilapidated warehouse at the Midrow Substation (The Royal Physician mission) - probably the most terrifying story. It supposed to be a perfect hideout for people running away from plague - no gangs or weepers, plenty of food to steal from guards nearby. Until someone brought his "lucky charm"... and plague rats with it.

    I have dishonored: definitive edition and dishonored 2, I got them for free because of Xbox game pass. Do I play the definitive edition and then dishonored 2? Since I'm pretty sure the definitive edition is just dishonored 1 but with DLC.

    Dishonored 1 technical issues

    So, I've recently bought the game and everything was ok until i ran it with low specs experiance (the reason behind this is i play at 30-40 fps and i wanted smooth 60). I chose my screen's normal proportions, loaded my savegame and the UI was small and the crosshair was offcenter. Someone help?

    Steam Guide: By My Hand Alone: Easiest Method

    Made this comprehensive guide a few weeks ago for getting By My Hand Alone while it was still really fresh in my head.

    Previously I had combed the internet for various tips; these are what worked for me.

    I've heard from 5 people now who have told me this helped a lot, so if you're in that boat I hope it helps too. Per the guide, there's no awesome single easy way to do it, but there are a decent range of strategies that will help make things relatively easier.
