    I am interested on it. I think I'll buy it soon but I'm a little confused, some people say it's the best dishonored game and some say it's the worst! What are your honest thoughts about the game?

    So where's the Outsider ~from~?

    In DOTO you get the knowledge that he used to be a kid from some unnamed ancient city, but... what city? The portal to the void is located at Shindaeray Peak in Karnaca, so what do you think? I know a lot of people have the idea that he was from Pandyssia and he could very well be.

    But how would the cult even know where to look, or where to find him? According to the wiki about the Outsider, the cult had looked for him on the streets, an urchin who "showed promise", So I'm not sure how random of a kidnapping this was.

    Could it very well have been whatever city had laid there before Karnaca was founded? I know the idea of Pandyssia is intriguing, but I feel like if it was 100% where he was taken, they would have mentioned it as they had mentioned Pandyssia before in the games.

    I wish arkane would finally fix the texture clipping/Flickering in Dishonored 2. It's pretty distracting.

    The game mostly runs at 80 - 120fps but it does not feel like that at all. Has it always been this way?
