I couldn't find any truly comprehensive ending lists, so I threw one together. As for the collectibles, I just wanted it laid out as text since I don't like watching video guides. I also use it as a checklist. Locations are incomplete, but the list is mostly for knowing what to look for.
I make these kinds of things for myself, but I see no reason not to share it if even one person gets something out of it. I might. Put in code blocks because I use monospace fonts for everything and on Reddit this is the closest I could come to not making my eyes bleed. If anybody knows what I missed or got wrong feel free to chime in and I'll edit it.
Not adding runes and charms to the list since you have the Heart, not adding books or currency to the list because that's a lot of work and I don't like work.

Chaos levels determine whether or not one of the rulers (or the council) are benevolent or tyrannical. CHOICES & CONSEQUENCES * The endings aside, chaos affects bloodfly population, dialogue, and whether or not Meagan shares her secret before the last mission (low chaos only). A few NPC interactions also reflect the state of the world (example, the four npcs at the beginning of mission 2 either resolve their dispute peacefully or come to blows depending on your chaos level). * Stilton in "A Crack in the Slab": If you knock him out he doesn't take part in the ritual that drove him mad and the present house is no longer in disrepair. There are some small renovations and new rooms to explore for fun. Killing him yields the same result (someone buys and renovates the house), but locks you out of the council ending for Karnaca since he's on it. If you leave him alone he participates in the ritual, loses his mind, and the present is unchanged. * Some actions can be referenced in notes found throughout the game (killing Milly in mission 2, killing Paolo in mission 4, saving Rapollo from being pushed into the wall of light in mission 2, etc;). It doesn't affect quests or anything, it's just for atmosphere.
