An issue Posted: 27 Dec 2019 04:19 AM PST I recently started another play through of dishonored 2. I play a high chaos emily playthrough but in mission 2 i ran into a problem. I killed most hostiles near the overseer building when i got massive frame drops. I mean i even played on 1 fps for a few seconds. Do any of you know why this happens. Do we know all 8 of the people to whom the outsider has given his mark? Posted: 26 Dec 2019 05:50 PM PST In the knife of Dunwall, The Outsider tells Daud that only 8 bear his mark while talking about Delilah. This is before the events of Dishonored 2, so do we know who all of the 8 individuals were bearing his mark at that point in time?
