How would future Dishonored titles work? [Spoilers] Posted: 20 Apr 2020 02:56 PM PDT [DISCLAIMER] I absolutely love the Dishonored franchise but I don't know a lot about the Lore of the game so if I get anything wrong in this post I'm sorry in advance. So I just finished Death of the Outsider and I was wondering since the Outsider is either free or dead depending on your decisions how are future Dishonored titles going to work? From my understanding the Outsider was the one who gave Corvo, Emily and Billie their powers/abilities so with out him how could Protagonists in future titles get Abilities unless it is a character with powers already such as Corvo, Emily or Billie. If someone could explain to me either how it would work or if I am completely wrong with the whole subject I would appreciate it. Thanks. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 20 Apr 2020 11:18 AM PDT hows it going folks, I was so excited to to play dishonored 2 and bought yesterday, downloaded it. and it's been nothing but problems. First: Won't launch. Re downloaded it. didn't help. Danced around it for hours. finally, disabling the intel GPU from the device manager made it launch. Second: was stuck in window mode and 720p. wont change. fixed it somehow. Third (and what's killing me atm) the FPS is between 14 and 19 fps. its insane. Mind you everything is turned off and graphics is low, and the actual graphics looks like a 2002 game. I updated all drivers, did everything there is to be done. I know the problem is not my hardware, I run RE2 Remake averaging 45fps to 60fps and same for the division 2 and metal gear solid not only all average 55fps, but also look beautiful. Dishonored 2 simply looks broken. I know there has to be a fix, a simple software or trick or whatever that would make it work properly, what is it? in the task manager it shows GPU use of 90% and that never happens. the problem is software not hardware, have you guys figured it out? How to get out of clockwork mansion in dishonored 2? Posted: 20 Apr 2020 11:14 AM PDT I'm at the mission where I have to take Sokolow back to the carrage. I've been playing for an hour and cant find an exit out of the mansion. The offical exit door if you follow the signs is closed, on the second floor (guest area). How do I get out? Is there any use for shadow walk? Posted: 19 Apr 2020 05:08 PM PDT I've been desperately trying to find SOME utility for it but I've yet to have any reason to use shadow walk over another power - need to get somewhere fast? Agility + far reach. Need to knock out enemies quickly? Domino. I really like the menacing aesthetic but the power itself just feels weak. The animations for non lethally disabling are too long (meaning you often get spotted), enemies still spot you easily animations aside, and you don't have access to any other powers while shadowed. (Theory) Everything happening in Dishonored is a simulation, set in the Prey universe Posted: 19 Apr 2020 05:04 PM PDT The Outsider was Typhon. Black eyes are giving away that he's a Typhon creature. Dunwall, citizens eat canned black EEL. Empire of the Isles is no where on Earth, the setting is a fictional recreation of Earth during industrial revolution. Morgan Yu of Prey has a lockbox in Michaels Deposis and Loans in Death of the Outsider. The abilities are clearly supernatural to humans but normal to Typhons and they cross over in both game franchises. The Dishonred simulation is about moral choices. I believe the next Arkane game will be a Prey / Dishonored crossover set in both realms. any points that support or debunk the theory? [link] [comments] |
