    Does Dishonored have more in-depth lore, or speculative fiction?

    Maybe a weird question, but I've always liked reading all the scraps of info that you find around the place. But I'm just wondering if there's either a place where they go more in-depth on the cannon of the game (outside of the wiki) or if there's any speculation on what would happen if say jessamine was never assassinated.

    Maybe I'm just bored, but it'd be cool to take a look at it, whether it's just fan discussion, or official releases.

    I've almost gotten all the achievements, but both of these elude me; painfully so. I haven't been trying for a super long time now, taking a break because I got a headache to make a post here and see what you vets have for tips and tricks. I've seen a few threads saying DD is the worst achievement because the beams are purely RNG, bar the first two. Is there anything I can do to make the process easier? The campaign in this game is so fantastic but then these challenge modes... I just-- Need some help lol

    The games immersion level skyrockets when you take away all the various heads-up game displays [Dishonored 2]

    Recently I've been playing on the hardest difficulty with all of the HUD turned off and it's some of the most fun I've ever had playing this game by a long shot.

    The story world of Dishonored is criminally underappreciated, and I've never been able to appreciate it more than I have without the clutter of reticules and health bars and all of that other stuff that shatters the illusion and breaks immersion for the sake of gameplay mechanics.

    I didn't know about the chaos meters and i killed around 30 people on my 1st mission. When I found ou about it I started killing 2-3 hostiles per mission. Is it still posiible for me to get the good ending?

    Does entering the art dealers apartment and opening the safe to get the rune and painting at the start of the mission turn slackjaw hostile on you becouse I went into the art dealers apartment searched it killed the thugs that where there but to be fair they where probably gonna turn on me anyway so I wasnt taking the chance. then went on to the whiskey place gave slackjaw the recording of his best man dying everything was fine cut to getting the code for the safe and coming back to give him it I talk he thanks me for giving him it then mid sentence him and all his men go all rampage on me I went out and back in and nothin changed.

    (RANT INCOMING) I started a ghost run recently, for old time's sake, and only just realized that the two guards near the outer gate in Coldridge prison that I stashed inside the bin got blown to hamburger bits when I detonated the bomb. Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!

    So just for some background I grew up on dishonored it was basically the only game I owned so I played it to death. So I heard the outsider a lot. And now I'm replaying 2 and death of the outsider and I can't get over his voice. I don't think it's bad per se I just don't really think it fits? What are y'all's thoughts? Did it work for you?

    Something I noticed about Daud

    His target assassinations are identical to Corvo but in reverse order Example Havelock assassination is in the last mission but in Daud's case it is the "first" unique assassination we see Daud execute. Edit:I meant the unique animation not Havelock himself.
